Hello Andy, The first thing you should try is to remove the ice bin and see if you can turn the auger motor by hand. If you can't, the motor is frozen from condensate water, (frost), and will need to be thawed out. I usually do this by putting a hair dryer on high pointed toward the auger motor for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it is thawed out, you will need to check the ice door and the door seal for air leaks. Check the ice door by shining a flashlight in through the front and looking in from the inside of the door. If you see light, the ice door has an air leak and will require attention. If not, check the door seal with a flashlight and a small mirror so you can see the seal contacting the cabinet all the way around both doors. If you find no problems with either check, the temperature needs to be set warmer in the freezer and check to insure the water supply for the ice maker is cold and not connected to the hot water from the house.
