Mark Trudell for Model Number GSS25QSTBSS My control panel has no power was on and off for a while then went blank I clean the connections at the bottom of the door and have 28.4 volts coming into the connector at the bottom of the door between the red and black wires and I just replaced the control board and still have no power to it could it be the main control board how would I check.
Answer Mark, You would test power at the main control board but if the display is blank and it has been replaced and the connection at the bottom of the door is good then the control will be the most likely cause for the issue.
