Tom W. for Model Number GE Dishwasher Model PDW9200L00WW After a series of power outages, my dishwasher now beeps continuously. None of the indicator lights are lit and none of the keypads work. The dishwasher does nothing but beep continuously. I have turned the power off to the dishwasher several times and waited several minutes before turning the power back on, but this does not fix the problem. If the power is on, it simply beeps continuously. Does this sound like a control module problem? Thanks
Answer Hello Tom, You need to use the mini manual from he machine to put the unit into the service mode. This will allow you to check the on-board components and determine what the cause of the alarm is. TO ENTER SERVICE MODE: PRESS AND HOLD THE DOWN ARROW KEYPAD AND THEN PRESS THE HEATED DRY KEYPAD SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR 3 SECONDS. TO EXIT SERVICE MODE: PRESS THE START/RESET KEYPAD AT ANYTIME TO EXIT.
