Part Number: OEM13125237
Manufacturer Part Number: WD21X10370

This dishwasher control module assembly is the appliance's electronic brain, directing cycle timing and power to the motor, pumps, water valve, and heater. Replace it to restore proper operation when cycles won't start, advance, or the controls are unresponsive.

  • Manages cycle timing and coordinates wash, rinse, drain, and dry operations
  • Distributes power to key components based on inputs from the user interface and sensors
  • Helps resolve issues such as no start/no response, cycles that won't advance or complete, or recurring error codes/beeping
  • Restores consistent control of wash performance and cycle sequencing
What's included: One control module assembly. Install notes:
  • Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the dishwasher before servicing
  • Handle the board by the edges and use ESD precautions; avoid touching components
  • Move wiring harnesses over one connector at a time to match positions on the new module
  • After installation, restore power and run a test/service cycle or control reset per your model's tech sheet

Dustin for Model Number PDW9280N00SS

A few months ago, I was not able to change cycles on the keypad however, the start button still worked. After this taking place the start button also stopped working as well. I replaced the Keypad and everything worked fine for another month. I purchased another new Keypad (since I thought the first one I had just bought may had been defective). Now the up and down arrows to change the cycle are not working again and the start button is not responding either. The only way to get the start button to respond, and the dishwasher to run, is by turning the breaker to the dishwasher on and off. Then it will run for a load or two and then become unresponsive again. Thanks

Answer

Hello Dustin, You should check for any signs of moisture in the control area. This will cause connection issues and electronic control issues. The gaskets around the venting is where a void will be present. The vent operation should also be verified as this can cause excessive moisture if malfunctioning. The keypad should be replaced again and the door switch assembly examined closely.
