Geoffrey K for Model Number cdwt980v055s The control panel display appears to have lost power. On pressing control buttons none of the display lights appear. Nor is the greeen light indicating power to the dishwasher when the door is closed. Can you suggest possible causes please.
Answer Geoffrey, The most likely cause for this issue would be either there is no power getting to the unit or the control board on the unit is faulty. You will want to test at the control board to make sure that there is 120 vac to the board. If there is then the control board will be the most likely cause for failure. Read More...
