Nick for Model Number PDW9980N00SS My dishwasher does not have any power. I check the plug and there is power the display is dead. I am thinking that the controler is bad, if you think that is the case could you please tell me were is located?
Answer Hello Nick. Test the door latch switch WD13X10031 and make sure it is good. If so, and there is power to the module WD21X10370, you will need to replace the module. You will need to remove the inner door liner to access and test both of these parts. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
