Hi. It seems like you have a couple different issue. Remove the lower kick plate. Inspect the float stem as it engages the float switch for positive engagement actions up and down (ON/OFF). Make sure the float stem has not fallen off the side of the lever and the side cover has not uncapped open allowing all of this. Once this is established, then the Diagnostic chart needs to be located (either behind the toe kick panel in with the electronic control board). Put the unit into a diagnostic mode. It sounds like the Turbidity Sensor test in the diagnostic needs tested. The Sensor is part # WD21X10202. Make sure the door latch/switches are staying closed.
