Jim for Model Number GE PDW8280N00SS We had a power outage a day ago that tripped 3 circuit breakers including the one for the dishwasher. Now the lights on the control panel won't light and the unit won't work at all. I tested the power supply to the control board and it is 120V with the door latched. Bad control board or could it be something else?
Answer Hello Jim, The first thing you should do is remove the kick panel with the power to the unit turned off and remove the power supply connection box, (small galvanized box shown on the body parts page as item 743), and make sure no wire nuts are melted and the wires are not exposed so they can contact ground. If this is okay, you will need to replace the control board WD21X10463. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, January 13, 2014
