Michele for Model Number PSS26NSWASS I just tried to replace the old water filter in my fridge. I followed directions exactly and twisted the new filter into place. Nothing. No flow. A few drips then nothing. I removed the new filter and ran tap water into it. After twisting into place again, still no flow. I put the old filter back in, and it works fine. I tried yet one more time holding the new filter under the tap water and re-installing. No flow. Absolutely nothing. Old filter is back in. What am I doing wrong?
