Dave for Model Number wbsr 3000 f 0 ws Hello after reading letters about timer knob troubles. I removed the clip behind the knob to inspect the knob , dial assembly and compression ring , all are worn and need replacement. My question is how to remove compression ring ... pulling at it with needle nose pliers was not moving it, I did not want to force it mostly because replacement parts are not in hand yet. and machine is still operable. Thank you Dave
