J Nguyen for Model Number JGP636BED1BB Hi, I have 5 burners. One of them I tried to turn on but I heard no clicking/ticking sound like it used to be. Instead, I heard only the sizzling sound (like Gas). I switched the wires from this one with the good one on the Spark Module but the bad burner still has same problem. Meanwhile the good one (the one I switched the wire on the Spark Modle) still worked great. Do you think it is the Harness Switch is the problem? Thanks much in advanced!!! JN
Answer Hello J. Nguyen. You will need to test and see if there is power going to the igniter. If so, and the igniter does not spark, you will need to replace the igniter WB13K18. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
