Gary M for Model Number GLD6500L00WW Occasionally dishwasher will not drain. Other times it works fine. When not draining properly, I can hear a pause when pump should activate, but not doing so. Is it an intermittent control problem? Thanks.
Answer Hello Gary. You would need to see if there was power to the pump during this time or if there was no power. If power was there, bad pump. No power means bad board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
