Brandon for Model Number GE Quiet Power 3 Dishwasher Our dishwasher stopped working. No response at all. I turned power off at breaker and back on. Lights came back on, but panel not responsive. Lights went back off after a couple minutes. What can i look at replacing first? There are two thermal interlock switches. Could these have gone bad?
Answer Brandon, It's not likely to be the door switches or thermal fuse. You have voltage into the control board, or the lights wouldn't illuminate at all. You most likely have a failed key pad assembly or damaged ribbon, so when you press a key there's no data transmitted to the control board and the dishwasher won't program or start. Read More...
