Hello Gil, This can be caused by a loose connection from the power supply from the home to the oven. Check the terminal block where the cord connects to the unit for loose connections and check for burned spots on the prongs of the cord that plug into the receptacle. This would indicate a loose wall outlet and the outlet and power cord would need to be replaced. If these connections have been checked and no problems were located, you will most likely have a failing relay on the control board WB27K10354.
