Semih for Model Number PSS25NGNA WW Lately, the fresh food section is cooling too much. Even though the thermostat is set at 37 degrees (F), the temperature fluctuates between 30 and 34. I read that this can be due to a bad thermistor. Is that right?
Answer Semih, You will want to pull the air duct assembly down and check the damper in the duct assembly for being broken or having a broken damper at the bottom behind the custom cool drawer. If the damper at the top of the unit is broken then you will need part number WR49X10091 and if it is the lower section then part number WR60X10062 for double and WR60X10063 for single. Read More...
