James for Model Number DSS25KGRA WW Refrigerator section has food and beverages freezing throughout the whole compartment regardless of temperature setting. Is this the temperature sensor I need? Which one?
Answer James, Most likely the sensor is not the issue with the unit. You will want to pull the duct assembly down and check the damper door that is in the duct to see if it is broken.
