Hello Tom, Based on the information provided, you may want to pull the duct assembly out and make sure that the damper door is not broken or staying open. If it is staying open then it would cause freezing issue. At this point you would need to replace damper assembly WR49X10091. If you do have a sensor issue you would have to cut out the old sensor and splice new sensor on. If unit is freezing in entire compartment check the damper first.
