Jane for Model Number DBXR463EG5ww The timer started rotating & not always engaging - but tonight it won't engage at all. I was just rotating it until I heard it click in and then I could turn the start button to make it work. It has gotten worse and tonight it never "clicks." I'm thinking we need to replace the timer and the knobs but want to check. It isn't a worn out knob as I get the same reaction if I remove the knob and turn the timer with pliers. Does this sound like the right plan?
