Richard for Model Number GTDP490GD0WS The knobs on the timer keep breaking. The timer knob is hard to turn and I have broken 4 knobs in the past four weeks. Does the timer need to be replaced ? and ... will the new timer be easier to turn ?
Answer Richard, You probably do need a new timer WE4M527, this type/style timer shouldn't be that difficult to turn and set in a cycle. You do want to make sure you save or purchase the metal knob insert WH01X10106 when you replace or install a new timer knob. The insert keeps the knob from cracking or breaking. Read More...
