Steve for Model Number DRSR495EG2WW Difficult to turn timer knob. Plastic around knob clip is cracked but clip seems intact. All 4 knobs are cracked like this. The plastic timer stem (half moon shape with flat side that knob fits on) has some rounding of the edges. So, how do I determine if plastic timer stem is not rotating like it should, if knob can't grip because of rounded stem or if it is the knob because of the crack?
