Winkey9 for Model Number drsr495eg8ww The temperature control knob became loose. Now it has broken off. The stem which inserts into the knob is gone, assumed to be broken off into the control panel. Is it possible for me to replace this stem? Or do I need to replace the whole temp. control mechanism? And how do I replace these things? Thanks!
