Curt for Model Number NBXR333EG6WW This hot point dryer was not heating, took it apart and checked for continuity all thermostats and mica heating element and all checked out fine. put dryer back together and heating element started working, but was cycling on for 10 seconds and off for 40 seconds no matter what setting I put the timer on. Is this normal cycling time for this particular dryer? Thank You for your time, Curt
Answer Curt, You will want to check the drum outlet thermostat to make sure that it is good. The thermostat should open at 135 degrees and close at 125.
