Hello John. Test for power to the timer motor wires. If there is power there and the timer does not turn, you will need to replace the timer WE04X20415. If the motor is turning, you will test for the timer sending power to the parts on the unit. If it does not send power to the thermostats, you will need to replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
