Larry for Model Number MEDC400VWO My timer won't advance and has no heat. Ireplaced the cycling thermostat and checked all switches and thermostats and heating element, everything seems to be working fine. Do you think it maybe the timer? Thanks
Answer Larry, it is recommended that the terminal block is tested for 240VAC from the black wire to the red wire. If there is not 240VAC, either there is a power cord issue or a power supply issue. If there is 240VAC, set the timer WP8299779 to timed dry and measure for 240VAC from the timer terminal BK to the timer terminal WB.
