Answer Pari, with access to the auger motor EAU60784231, the white wire and the blue wire would need to be tested for 120VAC when the door switch is taped closed and the ice dispenser is pressed using the cubed selection. If there is 120VAC and the auger does not rotate, it has failed and would need to be replaced. If there is not voltage, the failure would be in the sub PCB board EBR64730408. Read More...
