Raymond for Model Number LFX21960ST The control board display shows the foll error messaage: (freezer Err; Ref : ff) If i unplus the unit, wait for abt 10 secs and plug the unit back on, the control board lights up showing all the displays but after about 10 minites or so, the error messages reappear. Meanwhile, the frezzer section will not freeze and only the refrigerator works. Can you say if the fault is with the control board and if so, once I get same from you, can you tell me how to replace same, that is, how do I remove the old one from the door. Thanks
