Louis LFX25960ST is my frig Model# I got a a error code on front display which reads Er IF after looking on your site I ordered and replaced the ice box fan assembly now the error code is gone but the fan does not turn on what else can it be could this new fan be defective or is it something else how can I troubleshoot to get it working again? Answer Louis, The fan will not run if the door is open without pushing the light switch. If the fan does not run when the light switch is pushed then check to see if the fan is getting 12vdc to it.
