Carolyn for Model Number lg-lfx25960tt The diplay screen shut off completely. The fridge and freezer work, but the touch screen buttons are shut off and do not work. I cannot access water temp, control, and ice maker, and filter moth remaining. Please advise, do I need a new touch screen, main control or both? Thank you
Answer Carolyn, You will want to test to see if there is power getting to the control board. There should be 12 VDC at the CN101 connector on the display board. If there is no power on this connector then check at the door hinge for loose or damaged connections or wires. If this is ok then the issue will be a faulty main control board.
