Joe for Model Number WM2016CW Recently the bearings were going out and while I had the parts on order from your website, my wife continued using it. Apparently it was too much stress and everything quit. No power, no lights anywhere. I noticed in another video that a main reason this happens could be because the Noise Filter goes out. I ordered it but it didn't help. I was about to order the PCB assembly but thought I would ask first what you thought it might be. BTW, your videos on how to change the bearings were great and very well done as was the other videos you present.
Answer Hello Joe. You will need to test for power to the main board. If there is power there, you will need to replace the main board in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
