Phil for Model Number WM2016CW We had a delay cycle set and paused it to add another item. When attempting to open the door the lights all went off and the door stayed locked. We had to unplug the washer and plug it back in to get the door to open up. Now the washer won't even turn on. There is power running as we have the dryer hooked up to the same outlet. Any idea what the issue might be?
