Steve for Model Number WT1101CW I have the dreaded UE error whenever I run a medium to large load regardless of how balanced the load is. I installed all suspension rods thinking it might be a balancing issue, but it's not. Is it possible that the control board EBR76262102 or display board EBR75446006 is defective causing it to throw the error code?
Answer Steve, it would be recommended that the washer level is checked to ensure that it has not become unlevel. It is also recommended that the rotor and stator assembly is inspected to identify if a bolt has loosened. It is possible that the main control EBR76262102 is causing this error, but the stator 4417EA1002K will need to be tested for resistance to ensure that it is not causing the issue. The stator would need to be tested when the washer power cord is unplugged and the windings should measure between 5 to 15O on each winding and should match each other within .2O. Read More...
