Doug B. for Model Number LRE30451SW We used the Self cleaning feature for the first time, at the end of the cycle, the oven door remained locked and there is no power to any part of the stove - we have power to the control panel but no power out of the control panel. Do we need a new control panel to fix this problem The oven is cool, we cleaned it 3 days ago.
Answer Hi Doug. You have a bad oven sensor. All ovens will do this (espically as they age). You will also need to replace the door lock switch assy. This part # is 6549W1S025A.
