Jan, if the igniter is glowing, then you know there is voltage present, I would replace the oven igniter, part number is MEE61841401, there has to be enough resistance for the igniter to open the gas valve.

Gerald, The unit may have the beeper volume turned down and you will want to try the following. BEEPER VOLUME 1. Press the SETTING button until “Beep” appears in the display. 2. Press the 1 button for LOUD, 2 button for NORMAL, 3 button for LOW, and press the 4 button for MUTE. 3. Press the START button to accept the change. NOTE On models with only two volume settings: Press the 1 button for NORMAL, or the 2 button for MUTE. Then press the START button to accept the change.

Gel, the ribbon harness should not have to be turned to plug it in and the top cable should not have to be either but it may need to be.

Todd, The relay should not be noisy on the control board. if the relay is noisy then it would most likely be a bad relay which would require the board to be replaced.

Emil, You will want to access the control board and make sure that the ribbon harness is seated properly with no corrosion on it. If this checks ok then the range touch control will be the most likely cause for this issue.

Kevin, The most likely cause for the 2 elements on one side to not work and the start button to not start the oven would be a faulty control board EBR74632601.

Josh for Model Number LRE30451SW

I am replacing the main control board. The part I received looks different than the original. I received part number ebr74632601. Also a few of the plugs are upside down compared to the original. They will all go in but they are in a slight different position. There is also a black wire soldered to the new board that says Jumper. The original board does not have this. Just wondering if I need to make some adjustments ir if I have the wr0ng part. Thanks.

Josh, The original board was substituted to the part number that you received and is the correct replacement part. There may be some visual changed such as connectors upside down but you would put the wiring in each position that they are supposed to go.
