Occasionally, if you press hard and hold for a few seconds it may work, but that is only about 10% of the time. Sometimes we have to get the rear one to work, then the front one turns right one, but it may only work on the highest temp setting. Do we need to replace the circuit board, AP4439899? Thank you, KC.
