Hi Ben. Turn the power off. Remove the ribbon cable from the back of the control board. Then reapply the power. If the unit does not turn on then this is one way to verify if the keypad has a stuck /shorted keypad. It is part # 383EW1N006F. If it does come on then you need to replace the control board part # 6871W1N002A. Thank You.
