It also will not work with the Holder Assy that the lamp holder plugs into (part # 4931W3A004J). These parts are shown on schematic: Lamp Holder is #5008. Holder Assy is #5038. The original lamp holder plug prongs are 1/4 in. apart. The original Lamp Holder measures 1/4 in. The Lamp Holder blades you supply are more than 5/8 in. apart. Do you have the correct Lamp Holder?
Answer Hello Ken, according to the manufacturer (LG) the original lamp holder for your model is no longer available, the one you have now (6620G00007B) is the substituted part. The terminals of the wire harness that plugs onto the lamp holder's terminals can be unlocked and removed from the plastic connector and put on the lamp holder's terminals individually and insulated with shrink wrap or electrical tape.
