Ken February 04, 2020 for Model Number LG LMV1813ST LG LMV1813ST Microwave Lamp holder (part # 6620G00007B) does not fit original unit. It also will not work with the Holder Assy that the lamp holder plugs into (part # 4931W3A004J). These parts are shown on schematic: Lamp Holder is #5008. Holder Assy is #5038. The original lamp holder plug prongs are 1/4 in. apart. The original Lamp Holder measures 1/4 in. The Lamp Holder blades you supply are more than 5/8 in. apart. Do you have the correct Lamp Holder?
1 Answer Hello Ken, according to the manufacturer (LG) the original lamp holder for your model is no longer available, the one you have now (6620G00007B) is the substituted part. The terminals of the wire harness that plugs onto the lamp holder's terminals can be unlocked and removed from the plastic connector and put on the lamp holder's terminals individually and insulated with shrink wrap or electrical tape. Kim December 30, 2019 for Model Number LMV1813ST I have a similar question as a previous person regarding the replacement light bulb socket for my LG microwave oven. The socket flange that attaches the socket to the microwave is on the end near the bulb, not on the end closest to the plug. My electrical prongs are 1/4 inch apart. The prongs in the image look farther spaced. Before I order, I want to verify that I am ordering an appropriate replacement part.
1 Answer Kim, the manufacturer has revised the original part and it is listed as part number 6620G00007B for your model. Read More...

John October 20, 2017 for Model Number LMV1814SB LG under cabinet microwave Part # AP4651186 (bulb socket) The photo of the part has me concerned, it shows the flanges at the base of the socket with the body of the socket protruding into the bulb area. Let's call this the 'bottom' of the socket. The brittle one I took out has the mounting flanges at the other end, the top of the socket, so it is in effect flush mounted or recessed. I eyed balled it, not sure the bulb area cavity has the extra room! I can upload a pic.. any suggestions? I can just try it.. Need 2 sockets and 2 bulbs. Big $$. :)
1 Answer Hello John. Based on the model number you provided, this is the correct socket for the unit. Thank you. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Jim, The turntable shaft can be removed for cleaning. You will want to slide something under it to lift it out but make sure that it is not something that will scratch paint. Read More...
