Susieq for Model Number RFG297AABP/XAA Overnight no ice or water from french door, bottom freezer. Have spent over 2 hrs on phone and online with Samsung and no body can tell me what I need to repair or replace. Local appliance came out and water is going to back of refrigerator but obviously not passing thru filter, Filter was only 3 mo. old . Samsung said my model was made in a year where the filter can be taken out and not needed for water or ice, We did that but still no water or ice. Help! I'm tired of buying ice and water.
