Terry for Model Number RF261BEAESR Had water leaking out the back of the ice maker flow tube, replaced that and it is making ice again. Also had water frozen under the crisper on the floor of the fridge. That was thawed and all cleaned up during the flow tube replacement. New water filter installed as well. Now there is a small amount of water leaking under the water filter into the crisper. How do I know if it is the water filter housing assembly or the blue valve behind it? Also why does the above assembly fail?
Answer Terry, Thank you for your question. You will want to double-check to make sure that the drain is not clogged again.
