Elvira for Model Number NE594ROABSR/AA After using the self clean feature my oven is locked and will not turn on, what part or parts need to be ordered to get this oven working? I only had it for four years. I purchased it in November 2012 right before Thanksgiving and it went out the day after Thanksgiving this year.
Answer Hello Elvira. You will need to test the thermostat DE47-20037A and see if it is bad. If it is good, then replace the main board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
