John for Model Number NE595R0ABSR/AA My Samsung electric range would shut down as if it lost power and would only temporarily reset. The error code SE indicated that the control panel needed to be replaced. Once replaced the cook top eyes function however the touch pad is completely unresponsive. Any suggestions?

Recheck the keypad ribbon for cracks, creases, breaks, etc. Make sure the ribbon is properly inserted and seated in the connector on the new control board.
