James for Model Number RS2533SW This is a direct replacement part for my model and does not have the prong that sticks out on the outer part of the support just in front of the screw holes. How do I get the icemaker installed in this support without this prong?
Answer Hi James. The support part # DA61-02205A has 2- cut outs at approx. 3' inward on the top behind the front mount screws. Slide the back single support and these 2 ice maker front locator tabs in the support at the same time. From the top view the front left tab will then lock in place under a locking tab.
