Bo Our Samsung wasn't dispensing much ice, then it dispensed pieces of plastic. Upon opening the ice compartment, it was discovered that the ice cube tray had somehow fallen into the auger and shattered. What do we do?
Answer Bo, If the ice tray fell and broke into pieces you will need to clean out the bin and install a new icemaker.
