Steve for Model Number RF25HMEDBSR/AA03 Hello. I have a Samsung model RF25HMEDBSR/AA03 with an ice maker ( at upper left) that will not stop making ice. It was purchased in 2014. The ice maker has no shutoff arm, but instead has a sensor at the back I believe. I have reset the icemaker using the reset button. Unplugged the refrigerator briefly to try and reset it, and made sure what appears to be the sensor is clear of ice. Nothing has worked, and there are no error codes showing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Answer Steve, This issue will most likely be caused by the icemaker being faulty. There should be a arm that lowers when it is cycling to sense the ice level.
