Barbara Samsung French door refrigerator ice maker is dumping ice into the freezer rather than into the ice try. Over the Christmas holiday my grandmother was punching the buttons all over the controls and I believe she might have shut off the ice for a while. I have removed the tray and reset but still the ice is forming the being dumped all the way into the freezer.
