James for Model Number Samsung French door with ice maker in bottom freezer unit Ice maker works and dumps and everything. Only problem is the ice, when dumped, is busted; almost like crushed ice. Is there a heating element to release the cubes prior to dumping that may not be working? Why are the cubes being broken? This has been the situation since the unit was bought new in 2009.
