Ed S. for Model Number LFD25860ST My icemaker works fine but seems to make too much ice. Whenever the freezer door is opened it scrapes ice from the bucket into the bottom of the freezer and on to the floor. I thought that I had read something a while back that Samsung were replacing the shutoff arm?
Answer Ed, The part number MFC39371401, is the "longer" shut off arm for the ice maker in your refrigerator. It will cause the ice maker to shut off earlier and reduce the amount of ice in the bin.
