Minhtam T for Model Number RS2545SH/XAA My son pulled the ice tray out of the refrigerator to get ice. Now I can not push it back all the way to its original place. If I force the door I can close the door, but if I open the freezer door, the tray slide down. I still have ice. What is your advice?
Answer Minhtam, It sounds as though the arm on the bin would be hitting the back. You will want to try to get the arm lifted a little to get it to slide into place.
