Canton for Model Number RF24FSEDBSR/AA-0000 there is frost build up in back of ice maker.. we used hair dryer to melt and then put ice bin back in but now nothing do we need a new ice maker and is there a how to video to install.. there do not seem to be any gaps.. no water in water trough.. we are happy to get new ice maker the part you listed is the new ice make? will this solve problem. Previously when ice maker worked somewhat cubes where always wet Please help
Answer Hello Canton. The part number provided in the previous answer was the correct one needed. There is no video at this time. There is a service tip out on this model stating the gap would cause the issue with wet cubes and frost inside there. You need to check it good. You will need to replace the icemaker. Thanks.
