Lisa for Model Number rf263teaebc Our Samsung refrigerator/freezer is making ice, because we can dispense it on the door. However, it is not dumping into the ice tray in the bottom freezer. The ice bucket in the refrigerator is stuck - pushed the button and squeezed the release, but it absolutely will not come out. Is this the problem and how do we remedy it? Thank you.
